High Speed Temporal Modulation with Cascaded Fibre Delay Line and Micro-structured Mirrors

Abstract

We present a novel, compact delay line demonstrating time domain OCT A-line scan rates of up to 40 kHz (theoretical maximum 1.4 MHz) with scan depths of 400 µm (theoretical maximum of 14 mm).
