Numerical investigation of quantum fluctuation in phase-shifting interferometry

Abstract

We numerically investigate the effect of quantum fluctuation in phase-shifting interferometry. Numerical results agree well with the theoretical ones and confirm the limit of measurement accuracy and a trade-off relationship between amplitude and phase.
