Open Source Interface for 2D and 3D Analysis: Bridging the Gap between Experimentalists and Image Specialists

Abstract

We report a user-friendly, open source graphic user interface (GUI) capable of quantifying neuron morphologies from bright-field and fluorescence microscopy images while recording user inputs for future research—holography and photoacoustic image analysis to follow.
