High-Resolution Time of Flight 3D Imaging at Short Wave Infrared Spectral Region

Abstract

We demonstrate a ToF 3D imaging system with record modulation frequency exceeding 150 MHz at the short wave infrared (SWIR) spectral region for the first time.
