Bubble Display: volumetric graphics in high-viscosity liquid rendered by holographic femtosecond laser-induced bubbles

Abstract

We demonstrate a volumetric display based on femtosecond-laser induced bubbles in glycerin and holographic-laser drawing using computer-generated holograms displayed on liquid crystal spatial light modulator.
